I've been cooking for over 30 years. I wouldn't call myself an expert by any stretch of the imagination but I am able to follow recipes and create my own recipes.

I am very happy to have found this forum. I usually peruse the recipes at allrecipes, but have grown bored there and am here to find new friends and new recipes.

I hope I will meet many new friends here at DC
