Hi I'm Glen from Sydney Australia.

I've always been the cook of the house and recently I bought a slow cooker for those cold Sundays at home. Well I was so impressed with the beautiful food it turned out that I've decided to improve my hands on cooking skills too.

I'm about to fork out for some decent cookware and really start exploring all the tastes and styles that I can.

I'm sure I'll learn a few things on the forum and look forward to it.
