Hi, I'm a freshman in college and I have always been interested in cooking, but I never put much effort into learning about it. I always put it off, figuring I could get into it later. I finally decided to at least join a forum and see what I can absorb from you all. Plus I'm sick of the cafeteria food here at school, and I need to do something about it!
