Hey everyone, need help with making gummies

hey everyone i am a beekeeper and interested in making gummies.. the gummies i have made before only last for a week if that.. i want to sell them at farmers markets etc. how do i keep the gummies from molding up and melting like the big companies do? thank you everyone

Welcome to DC! I also have no suggestions but bet gummies would be a lot of fun to create and sell. I also bet you have done a lot of research online. If in your shoes, I would likely start with researching reviews of gummy makers or look into some candy-making classes at the community college....or just find some online recipes and tweak them to see if I can find desired results!
