Myself and partner recently enrolled in cert.3 & 4 in commercial cookery, hospitality and catering. It's a full time path of study as opposed to the average apprenticeship type system.
At the end of an 18 month period, we'll have qualifications as catering manager, and chef.
So yeah, quite into the ol' cooking thing...Joined up to seek advice initially, and hope to come across some interesting stuff, and people here too.
