baking fool

hey everybody
for the last 1.5/2 months i've been working at a bakery & i've found that i like baking as much as i thought i would (all my life actually) so now i think it might become a bit of a hobby. before working at the bakery i worked at a restaurant & although i didn't do as much of the hands-on stuff there (mostly prep or delivering) i've always thought it would be cool to be a good cook also. from the #s of people on the board it looks like i could learn a lot here, & although i'm still a bit of a novice baker maybe some people could learn a bit from me also.
