Just wanted to introduce myself...

My name is Pamela and I am an American living in the UK with my Swedish partner, Peter. I am originally from Los Angeles and we have been lucky enough to live in Vienna, Munich and Gothenburg over the past 3 years (yep, lots of moving!). I love to cook and have been inspired by both of our backgrounds, the places we've lived and travelled to.

I look forward to being part of the Discuss Cooking community!

I make a mean Janssen's Temptation packed with anchovies and herring! Our fave Christmas dish.
