I like this site because so many of you from all over have successfully cooked brisket, and I like to read all the different ways everyone does it so that I can do it also
. I can cook the small ones ok but its the big ones that get me
, I can cook anything else with much success but not that cut of meat!
So here I am learning as much as I can, and thanks for the welcome.
