Like I said, I have become inspired to cook more due to the PBS Create channel. I coninually look forward to expanding my abilities.
I have picked up cooking with a crockpot for a couple of years though, it is nice to put something together with minimal effort and then comes out so great.
I already started a thread about cooked and raw shrimp in the fish and seafood forum.

I have lived close to Roanoke all my life. I really like it, especially how close it is to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
