I'm a single guy and have been cooking for myself for years. I started preparing my own meals when I got tired of eating TV dinners and box meals (can anyone say 'macaroni and cheese'...gag). I joined the forum to perhaps make a few friends and learn from all of you. Thanks.

I, too, have found myself cooking for one much of the time, except I never accepted frozen and boxed as food. Too much (or just enough) of Mom in my head saying "that's not food." You'll find lots of good folks and good food ideas here. Welcome!
