Just making myself known.

I love this forum theres alot of talent here at DC.

Ive been a pro cook for the past few years, ive done line work and some cheffing. People definately enjoy it if I cook for them, I recently left resteraunt work because I prefer cooking for loved ones and myself. That way I can totally devote myself to just a few dishes.

I come here to give my 2 cents and help people out, and also to ask my own questions and get good feedback. Im a nice dude I think and I just wanted to say hi and thanks to everyone.
