I'm new to this forum and just wanted to say hello. I live in west Tennessee but have lived all over. I enjoy cooking and look forward to reading what everyone has on their minds in terms of recipes, methods, cookware, etc.

I was so surprised to find the manner in which the BB we knew and loved had denigrated to a bunch of clap-trap postings about prescription drugs online, etc. Turn your back for a minute, sheesh!

I'll take some time to figure out how to navigate this site and see what everyone has been posting about before I jump into the fray. Thank you for telling me about this forum!
