Hi from Georgia!

Nice to be amongst you guys!thanks for having me :)

I am a 33 year old male. I am somewhat of a beginner to cooking. I have to have a recipe for almost anything I make unless its something like scrambled eggs, a burger, or baked chicken lol. I really like using other people's recipes but hopefully I can get to the point to where I can learn to throw together some of my recipes. I don't have much creativity with food lol.

Welcome to DC. That's how you start out. Make some recipes, maybe change them a bit. After a while you get so you know what's good and what's not and you can try stuff off the cuff.

I am so glad that I am not the only person in this world who loves meatloaf. It is the one dish I order any time I am in a restaurant. Other than fried clams or any seafood.

Welcome to DC. This is really a fun place to be. Tons of laughs, and enough information and help to make your head spin. Stick around for some fun.
