Hi, guys!

Hello!

Just joined awhile back. I cook vegetarian recipes only, but I do eat meat. In all fairness, my meat consumption is restricted to chickens, although I do have the less than occasional seafood indulgence impulse.

I look forward to learning and interesting conversations.

Stay safe, guys! This will blow over before we know it, and we'll pining for this quiet soon enough :)

Welcome to DC. Thanks for a glimpse of your background. I cook lots of chicken dishes, especially thighs because I think they have the most flavor. There are lots of tried and true recipes in the chicken forum, so take a look. Most of all, have fun here.
