hello from iowa. i'm new to site but have questions for anyone...can you make egg noodle dough in a stand mixer?
i'm 40 and have 3 kids and 2 grandkids who like to help in the kitchen. my father was an exec. chef until he died so i have some experience in the kitchen but carpal tunnel makes it hard to mix dough..any helpful suggestions?

I don't make homemade noodles as a rule, but I don't see why using a stand mixer wouldn't work.

Cruise around the various forums and threads and see if you can pick up some tips.
