hi, I recently joined, I`m from La, like to cook but don`t know anything bout smokeing, I bought an electric smoker, it has a 1000 watt element an can smoke up to 20lbs of meat, thats all I know bout smokeing, I joined to maby learn how to smoke with it; hope yall mite be able to help me, I`m dieing to learn; thanks a lot..........rick
