Hi folks. Been off the reservation for a year and a half. Gained back half the weight lost; lost half the health gained.

So afore wakin' up dead, gonna try being less stupid again.

If you don't mind very much, I'd like to go back to sharing my journey and learning from yourn.

Thanks, PH. The garden is just a tiny indoor aquaponic herb bed. Currently just thyme and basil.
