Amirilla is in your DC name. Are you from Texas then? And are uyou a lover of southwestern cuisine? We would love to share, exchange recipes, help with any questions you may have about cooking, or learn from you. We can even give advise on non-cooking topics, such as what we like for kitchen tools, or even lawn maintenance we like to discuss most anything, but especially things revolving aroud food.

I think the OP is from Parakou in Benin, West Africa. Hope I'm correct, love to hear some recipes from there!

It says amiril, not Amarillo. As dragnlaw said, his profile says he's from the country of Bénin. I'd love to see some recipes from there, too.
