Hello, I am 48 and have been cooking since childhood. My wife and I raised four sons to adulthood so I got a lot of practice in years past. I enjoy preparing meats and wild game plus I also enjoy Louisiana style recipes such as gumbos and other seafood dishes. I don't have much experience with breads or other baking so hope to strengthen my skills in those areas. Look forward to meeting folks here...HWooldridge
