Introducing myself

Hello everyone! My name is Jenn, affectionately referred to as little tree in our family. We're a military family and have recently moved to West Virginia.

Im a novice cook, learning the ropes, and have decided I quite enjoy cooking (I used to hate it with a passion!), and I especially love baking!

My kids and I bake together 4 times a week, and they are learning to enjoy the fruits of their labor as well.

I discovered this site last night, and have thoroughly enjoyed reading through the posts.

I married into it! My husband is quite tall and his last name is aptly Hightree. I don't fit the tall mold, and am actually quite short, so everyone started calling me "Little Tree". I am in fact so short, my 4 year old is almost as tall as I am haha. In my defense he is over the charts for height!
