Jambalaya

I used to hav e recipe for a slow cooker Jambalaya, the rice, chicken, and sausage were cooked for hours and then the shrimp was added at the end. Would love to make again soon, but don't want to mess up since it has been so long.

Here's one that sounds pretty good. I'd think you'd need to sweat the vegies and brown the meat first, though.
