Hello everyone I ran across this site trying to find out how to cook pork skins because my husband loves them and he can't seem to figure out how to cook them so they will not possibly break his teeth out.I am an Arkansan born and raised and have been cooking for about 27 years. There's always room for improvement though and I hope to learn alot on this site.
