Hi, I found this site while looking for a Decosonic Roaster Instruction book and it look very interesting and informative. I am Hispanic and I love to cook and am always looking for new ways to cook . I bought a Decosonic Roaster at a yard sale and I am anxious to try it . Can any one help me?

Welcome to DC!! There is another thread about decosonic roaster here, sounds like you are fortunate to get your hands on an instruction book... I have never used it personally, but there are many kitchen gadget specialists in this forum, so stay put!!

The Decosonic Convenction Roaster was made in China and marketed under several names and model numbers - for example, the 209 is the same as the FB209 which is the same as the 209B which is the same as the 707.
We had a discussion on these things a couple of months ago - and several people did a lot of work trying to find parts and manuals for these. urmaniac13 posted a link to that thread for you. If you read down to the end of the thread you will find the only source I ever found for getting a copy of the manual.
