My name is Aaron, I am the owner of CardonCaramels, a new company specializing in caramel, and soon will offer gourmet chocolate bars as well. I am quite the amateur to most aspects of cooking... All except the wonderful creation of my Father's homemade caramels. They really are the best I've ever had and I'm excited to share them with the world. Anyway, I enjoyed reading some of the posts in this forum and decided to register and add my two cents where appropriate!

Wow! sounds like such a great business. I always wanted to have my own chocolate factory (maybe I was way too young when my paretns took me to see "Willy Wonka", ) and I'm a big fan of caramel myself. Lucky you!
