I stumbled upon this site a couple days ago while doing a search. It looks like a fun informative place so I decided to jump on board. My name is Joan but I go by southerncooker. I collect cookbooks and love to read them as well as cook from them. I'm always looking for something new to try I've never had the pleasure of trying before and love cooking different recipes from new places. I hope to learn lots here.
