Just found you by accident....I like this idea......hope to learn a ton of new things....

I've been a hamburger flipper, camp cook, restauteur, cooking and bartending teacher, culinary herb lecturer, caterer, B&B owner, personal chef, restaurant consultant.....Still cook every day, and am now trying to help non-cookers to prepare food....
