New here.
I might need some direction on posting what where, but I hope to make some new friends here. Oh yeah a little about myself. I have been a linecookthen a head evening cook for the past 6 years after changing professions.

Da Cook, welcome to DC. I'm sure you will enjoy it here. Do you have a speciality you cook?

This is a really nice site, isn't it DaCook. I'm having a little difficulty getting around also but we'll get used to it quickly.
DaCook makes sourdough from a very old starter from the Yukon.
