Hi everyone. I am currently residing in Branson, Mo and will be moving to a larger city next year. Likely Kansas City. I am planning on selling brownies and other baked treats at the farmer's markets. I know all the rules about a commercial kitchen already. I know I won't be bringing in big money with this. My real goal is to open a small lunch cafe with fresh baked treats within 2 years. I thought that starting at the farmers market would be a good way to get my name and treats out there and also network. I have been lurking on the boards and look forward to getting into some discussions.
