Hello everyone! My name is Saul. Cooking is one of my passions and I look forward to joining a community of people who share this passion.

I am a vegan but I am also a hunter (I know it is odd) so my recipes are mostly vegan but I sometimes cook meat when I hunt. I have also worked with seafood. I also love wines/spirits and finding the perfect pairings.

Besides cooking, I am passionate about cars, tennis, shooting/hunting, and my pets. Please feel free to ask me anything and I am excited to share some of my recipes and learn more from far more knowledgeable cooks than myself. Thanks again for having me!
