What did i do wrong? - mistakes and questions.

One of the main things that brought me here was problems with certain recipes. Many have questions, goofs, maybe even funny stories about things going south in the kitchen.

And as many others have culinary epiphanies. (Become experts in a particular field) they want to feel like they can help others in a problem.

Why not have a central location where begginers and experts come together and not have to worry about looking for the 'proper thread' .

Someone burns rice to a pot, or knocks 5 bowls off a counter trying to peel potatoes or any other issues they can depend on one universal subforum.

Just as chefs with multiple expertise can cruise a single topic and help others without bouncing around the different topics

Don't sweat the small stuff Rocky.

General Cooking works for most any question that can't be pigeon holed. :)

I'm one for less rather then more.

More sub-forums only cause more confusion as to where to place things. ;)

But I'm kinda slow so pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.
