Recently joined this fab forum and am finally getting around to saying hello!
I am from South Wales in the UK. I love cooking (obviously!) but especially baking and trying out my new found love of confectionary.
I also love motorbikes and have very recently lost my wonderful bike to make way for a track bike for my husband
so am going to console myself by buying lots of kitchen equipment and ingrediants!
We love Asian cooking, and have a kitchen full of spices and baking ingrediants - quite a nice mix actually!
