Hi everyone! My name is Barb. I found this site while searching for a scaloppini recipe! What a great site with a great group of people!
A little about me...I'm a hospice nurse. Was an Emergency Dept RN forever until I tired of that. I love having the time to really care for my patients and their families. I bake for them a lot! Sometimes, if one lives alone, I'll often bring dinner over for them. They love a cooking nurse!
I was an art major before nursing school, so also do oil paintings and various artistic ventures. But, I really love to cook and bake. Make wedding cakes on the side...(when I can find the time!)
