Hi, all. I'm Scaevola. I'm a university student at the University of Iowa, and I love to cook and bake from scratch.
Chemistry and cooking go hand in hand for me, though I'm a Classical Languages and Linguistics major. Just finished an ancient engineering class where some of the final projects were ancient food recipes. They were marvelous!
I don't really know what all to say. I'm a big fan of Japanese, I'm from the Seattle area so it's wholly foreign to me not to have ingredients that I need for cooking here. I also love Italian, bread, soup, and European-style dishes. I like a lot of things, though I'm a relatively picky eater.
