Hullo! I was researching ranges and ran across your forum.
I love to cook, its' my favorite way to burn off energy. My family loves me for it.
I am remodeling my kitchen next month and want to replace my range. I don't have natural gas and am disappointed with the electric ranges available. I cook with iron skillets and woks frequently. I don't think i'd do well with the newer glass tops.
A few (15?) years ago manufacturers sold ranges with solid elements.. no more. I'm told there was no market for them.
Has anyone else dealt with this electric delema?
