Hey everyone!
I'm BRAND new to this site! I was searching the internet for recipes and came across it! It's my understanding that the best recipes are the ones that are shared amongst peers and friends!
My name is Jess, I'm 25 years old...I'm a Manager for a "big box" family restaurant.
As a kid I would bake every weekend with my mom....as I got older I gravitated away from it. It's a bit of a regret for me now, and I admire anyone with culinary skills of any kind!
Just recently my mom came to town to visit me...and with her she brought a Beautiful...GIANT recipe book....that was pretty empty (just a few of her favorites in it) It's like she was reading my mind! So I've sort of been easing my self in to the "chef" role....I look forward to reading and discussing all things food with everyone here! Hopefully I will gain some knowledge and be able to make my mom (and boyfriend) proud!
