Welcome STEVIES - just use the search feature at the top and do a quick search for ribs the do one for chicken. We have LOTS of recipes here and lots of people to help.

Click here for some rib recipes and discussion

Click here for some chicken recipes.

Also, if you have a specific name of a dish go to the advanced search feature - clicking on the search feature will lead the way. Search "Titles Only" versus "entire posts".
