What it do?

Just found this forum searching for meatloaf cooking temperature a few days ago, and it's right up my alley. I look forward to adding to this rich community.

In short:

I am fortunate enough to make a living as an artist, despite degrees in law and political science.

I love cooking, am good at a select few dishes, and am adept at following a recipe, so long as said recipe doesn't require a microwave or a food processor, because I don't own either.

I'm 33, and will probably spend the rest of my life in Los Angeles because I love it.

My knives are sharp, my fire is hot, and my beer is ice cold.

Love,

Thanks fam. I have already found this to be a great resource, and without all the pretense that could ruin a forum like this. I look forward to being a part of it.

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. This is a remarkably civilized and knowledgeable group of folks from what I can see so far. I'm loving it already.

Great... just what I need - another internet distraction. . . fueled by people passionate about food no less.

For meatloaf use a dash of law, 1/2 tsp political science and a tsp of social science. Welcome and let us know how it turns out! :) P.S. Do what you love.
