Hi fellow cookers, have used the advise from these threads extensively for a year or so and have recently, obvoiusly, decided to join up. I would like to thank all the people who have replied to the queries of others. The wealth of knowledge out there is fantastic and has made my job as a pastry chef so much more enjoyable and easier. Once again thanks.

I know next to nothing about pastry, and don't have much of a sweet tooth, but I bet you have some great savory recipes in your repertoire, too!

Would you post a couple? And a couple of your favorite sweet recipes, too, for my fellow posters who are fans of them.
