Wow, a Cooking Community!

I can't tell you enough how thrilled I am! I was trying to figure out how to cook my bulk cous-cous so I googled it and whaddaya know, discusscooking.com! So hello to all my fellow members, and thanks for the cous-cous tips! (I picked them up from another thread )

I live in Portland! It's funny, I was born here and then I moved to the other side of the country for 14 years and now I'm back!

We love Portland!! Hubby's family live in Salem so we make it back there a few times a year. Would love to move back but the taxes are better here so...here we stay.
