1 to 1 1/2 lbs ground meat (any kind works)
1 can ranch style beans
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 can rotels or 1-2 tomatoes, diced
1 big jar cheez whiz or 2 smaller ones
spices (see in instructions)
fritos

Brown meat, onion, and pepper. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder (I don't measure, but I'd say at least 2 tsp each, but to your own liking), cook till brown and drain grease. Add beans, let cook 5 more minutes. Add tomatoes, 1 cup water, dash more salt and pepper, and let simmer 10-15 minutes. Finally, add Cheez Whiz, let it melt, and serve in bowls over crushed fritos. This is a 27 yr old TNT recipe. It was 1st served to my mom at my baby shower.

Breezy, if your meat is thawed, it can be on your table in 30 minutes. The longest time is browning the meat. It is a great meal for unexpected company.
