BBQ SAUCE RECIPE

ingredients:

• ketchup
• mustard any kind
• dried chopped onions
• liquid smoke
• garlic powder
• honey
• peach jelly
• cayenne pepper ground

Combine equal amounts of ketchup and mustard 1/4 cup each.
add three tablespoons chopped onions, garlic powder and liquid smoke
add two tablespoons honey and two tablespoons peach jelly( you can use any jelly if you like something else)
add cayenne pepper to taste mix well .

The jelly sounds really good in your sauce. I sometimes will take a Tablespoon of hot sauce and and a couple Tablespoons of jelly or marmelade to make a nice sweet and spicy baste for chicken. This same combination is really good over diced fruit for a simple fruit salsa for chicken or pork.
