Bernaise!!

Hey Everyone... I am brand new to the site.. and I need some HELP!!!!! I have a receipe for a bernaise sauce... but I need an alternative to the white wine.. any suggestions?

I did some research...this is what I found.

Hi KT and welcome to the site.

White wine is an integral part of the sauce and along with the tarragon is where the flavour comes from. What are making, maybe there is an alternative sauce which will go with the dish?
