Cranberry Vodka Sauce

Cranberry Vodka Sauce

½ cup water
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cranberry vodka
12 ounces cranberries, fresh or frozen

Combine water, sugars and vodka in a medium saucepan; stir well.

Bring to boil over medium heat; add cranberries. Return to boil and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve as you would regular cranberry sauce or relish. Makes about 3 cups.
