Here's the recipe I promised yesterday. It's really yummy and just too easy. Enjoy!

CROCK-POT SPAGHETTI SAUCE
(Serves 8)
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (16-oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (12-oz.) can tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. When meat is no longer pink and the onion is just translucent, remove from heat. Drain and add to crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Serve immediately over cooked pasta or freeze. Note: If you wish, ½ cup of dry red wine can also be added to the sauce ingredients.
