Honey Soy Salmon Glaze
Ingredients
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons oil
Method
In a small bowl whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lime juice, mustard and water
Grill the salmon fillets and set aside on plates
Add honey glaze to the grill pan and simmer, stirring for 1 minute then pour over the salmon

I have also tried this on lamb chops and it was very tasty too

With the Dijon mustard I think this would be nice on lamb.

I do a really similar one except I start off melting together brown sugar, butter, and honey over medium-low heat then whisk grated ginger, soy, and dijon off the heat along with a little olive oil. No lime juice in mine though, that might be good to try. Thanks for the idea.
