Hot chilly sauce.
I make this fresh once a year when red capsicums are cheap. I got 16 ripe red ones for $3.
I cut in half and deseeded then grill/ broil to you guys until the skin goes black. Then I put in a pot with 1.5 litres white vinegar with 3 tablespoons salt and a cup of sugar. Then I add about 200 chillies, a mixture from our garden that are frozen. Boil for about 30 mins, then stick blend. Bottle in hot sterilezed bottles.
I got 11 bottles. Pic to follow. Btw, it's very very hot.
