How many strawberries for coulis?

well I dont want to do the dots because the girl who won this competion last year did that. Also I want to do leaves because it goes with the rose theme.

The red hearts might go well with the rose theme as well. I happen to have about 8 oz of strawberry coulis in my fridge right now. I'll go see if I can't make some hearts or something with it and post pictures.

The hearts would look cool if there were a few surrounding the rose. I understand you want to do leaves though. I'm sure that will be fine. You know, if you ask a question on here your going to get some answers! lol Even if unwanted.

Hey too everyone helped me out last night if you could PM me yur email if you would like I can send you what my plate will look like minus the crepe roses. Tonight I will try and post pic of the final product on here but I can't right now. But reply if you'd like.
