Jack Daniels Grilling sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
3 t. soy sauce
1 1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4 cup whiskey
Combine ingredients and mix well. Dip meat in sauce and place on grill. Baste as needed.

just make sure you use bourbon and not scotch or other kinds of whiskey!

I tried this sauce the other night, and I love it. That little bottle of JD is not going to last very long at this rate.
