Post Mama Cooley's Barbecue Sauce

Mama Cooley's Barbecue Sauce

1-1/2 gallons fresh, chopped ripe tomatoes
6 lbs. onions, chopped
1 lb. butter
1 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 bottle Tabasco sauce
1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 box celery seeds
5 lemons, cut into small pieces
2 Tbsp. black pepper
salt to taste

Cook for 4 to 5 hours. Makes about 2 gallons. You can add sugar to make it sweeter if desired.
