This sauce is so good, I just had to share. I've been putting this sauce on everything. Its got a great nutty/citrusy/chili peppery flavor that's good on tacos or nachos or burgers, maybe even on popcorn.

Sounds great. I think it's just the sauce I've been looking for for my lechon (pork roast). The standard sauce is great, but it's thickened with bread crumbs and I need an alternate sauce to serve to a friend who's gluten intolerant.

I don't eat meat anymore, but I was thinking when I made this that it would go great with chicken or pork.
